Biography
My name is Ruiyang Qin (秦睿阳). I will join the ECE Department at Villanova University as an Assistant Professor in August 2025. I work closely with Professor Sharon Hu (ND), Professor Kai Ni (ND), and Professor Jinjun Xiong (University at Buffalo). I received a Best Paper Award nomination at the IEEE/ACM International Conference on Computer-Aided Design (ICCAD) in 2024 and a Spotlight at the International Conference on Learning Representations (ICLR) in 2025.
